Town of New Baltimore - Exterior Improvements

Jiwan Construction Inc. completed the Town of New Baltimore - Town Hall Improvement project for the Town Hall of New Baltimore in March 2026. This project required excavation and leveling of the deck area as it was previously a filled area. New concrete footings, pressure treated deck framing, composite decking, and aluminum railings were installed for the deck and ADA compliant ramp. Additional work included installation of a redi-rock retailing wall as seen in the images for this project along with installation of drainage, new concrete stairs and foundation, new concrete foundation and sidewalk to the main entrance of the Town Hall.
